Returns

We offer a hassle-free 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with your products within 30 days of delivery, please contact our Customer Experience team by submitting a request to support@healthclub4you.com and we will be happy to assist with a return.
Please note: we do not offer returns or exchanges after 30 days of the delivery of your order.
To complete your return, we require a record or proof of purchase through our website. Please provide your order number or the email address associated with your account so we can verify your order. We are unable to assist with returns placed through Amazon, Target, or other retailers. If you wish to return your product to another retailer, we ask that you contact them directly.
Refunds
If your return request is received within 30 business days of delivery your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you do not receive a confirmation of your refund within 7-10 business days, please check your spam folder or bank account before contacting us. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your product within 30 days of delivery, we are happy to create an exchange for an item that may be a better fit. You request an exchange by emailing us at support@healthclub4you.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping
To start a return, you can contact us at support@healthclub4you.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
